SCMBA Annual General Meeting
Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on Sunday, November 17th, 2024.
The meeting will start at 10:00 AM at St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre - 'Lawrence Locke Room' - 425 Carlton St., St. Catharines, ON. We encourage all who are in good standing and registered through St. Catharines Minor Baseball Association to attend.
The agenda will cover:
- Budget
- President’s Report
- Directors Reports
- Election of Executives
- Board nominations
Open forum for questions will follow, as well as updates and future directions for the association.
As well, we welcome any members within the community who are interested in helping with the association next year in any capacity to register through our Registration Portal and complete the 'Executive/Volunteer Registration' form (by no later than 11:59 pm on November 7th)
We encourage all who may be interested in helping with the association next year to submit a registration and attend the AGM. We are excited with the direction the association is heading in and would love others to bring their ideas and energy to help continue to grow baseball in St. Catharines.
